Returns or exchanges

Returning items by mail

  1. Return a copy of your invoice.
  2. On the invoice, circle the item(s) that you are returning.
  3. Please note the reason for the return.
  4. Indicate if you prefer an immediate exchange or an in-house credit.
  5. If you're exchanging, let us know what you'd like in exchange by writing the item information on the reverse side of the invoice. You pay the shipping costs for the order sent in exchange.
  6. Circle the name and address where we should send the exchange. If the address is different, please note the new address on the back of the invoice.
  7. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include a copy of the invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds

Sorry, no refunds on merchandise. We will refund shipping charges only if we send the wrong item.
